  This place showed no enthusiasm towards working on my arm piece and on the day I was meant to get tattooed the artist refused me because my driving license from 5 years ago looks somewhat like me and not identical as I've grown a beard, so I used Jason Davis in sunbury such a better service all the artists in there were welcoming and a great bunch of fellas would use them again but wouldn't recommend good egg as it was an awful experience

  I have rated this as 1 due to the running of the shop and the staff being unprofessional on my Husbands visit. Ollie who did his tattoo was brilliant he worked hard and did a fab job. My step daughter had hers done by Dan same time she told him she was going to stay as her Dad had no car to get home he said nothing. I turned up as the car I was collecting was not ready so got dropped by mate to the shop step daughter was in the front of the shop on the sofa. Husband was having a day rate as it was a big tattoo I would not have chosen to stay but needed to do something in Egham made sense. Man being tattooed by Dan had his girlfriend in with him the whole time he was in. Okay I used the loo came out to be told by the receptionist that we had to leave the shop, there was nothing up to say they do not want anyone with their clients for any reason. My husband said to Ollie why did the guy have his girlfriend with him he said oh it was not for long (1.5hours) should be same rules for everyone. It started to rain and my husband was nearly ready to leave so I went in Dan then was giving me evil looks over his glasses made me feel uncomfortable. I got home and thought I will speak to the other partner but I know they have been friends for years so that will a waste of time. I saw on their fb page Lee is due back so I put up that it was needed as shop manager was unprofessional that comment was removed. I looked on Dans public fb page to see that he had written a post up about being fed up with middle aged women and that having people in the shop will put people off as we could be queuing, people if wanting a tattoo would have come in to ask we could have been staff that is not the behaviour of a professional . Well my step daughter wrote a review on their fb about how annoyed she was about the manager and his attitude they removed that so any reviews they don’t like can be taken down that is crazy.sorry the post is long but I know that if I go in it will fall on deaf ears as both managers are friends have been for 9 years. So many people I know have had similar treatment but most people just won’t go back and rather stay quite shame as he should not get away with it.
